Rancho Grillhouse — Restaurant in gmina Zgorzelec

ACHTUNG ACHTUNG ACHTUNG!!! Es tut mir leid, sagen zu müssen, dass wir nach dem heutigen Abendessen im Rancho Grillhouse völlig verärgert waren. Mein Verlobter und ich gingen heute Abend zum Abendessen und als wir mit dem Essen fertig waren, ging ich ins Badezimmer, um mir die Hände zu waschen, und stieß auf einen der Köche, der ein Badezimmer benutzte und NIE HÄNDE WASCHE!!!! Als wir dies einer Kellnerin gegenüber erwähnten, wurden wir völlig ignoriert und hörten nie eine Entschuldigung vom Personal, vom Manager oder vom Koch! Wir werden nie wieder dort essen!!!!!! Ekelhaft!!!!!

ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION!!! I'm sorry to say that we absolutely disgusted after tonight's dinner at the Rancho Grillhouse. My fiancé and I went out to dinner this evening and when we finished eating I went into the bathroom to wash my hands and came across one of the chefs using a bathroom and NEVER WASHED HANDS!!!! When we mentioned this to a waitress we were completely ignored and never heard an apologies from the staff, manager or chef! We will never eat there again!!!!!! Disgusting!!!!!

UWAGA UWAGA UWAGA!!! Z przykrością muszę stwierdzić, że byliśmy absolutnie zdegustowani dzisiejszą kolacją w Rancho Grillhouse. Mója narzeczona i ja poszliśmy dziś wieczorem na kolację, a kiedy skończyliśmy jeść, poszedłem do łazienki, aby umyć ręce i natknąłem się na jednego z szefów kuchni, który korzystał z łazienki i NIGDY NIE UMYŁ RĄK!!!! Kiedy wspomnieliśmy o tym kelnerce, zostaliśmy całkowicie zignorowani i nigdy nie usłyszeliśmy przeprosin od personelu, kierownika ani szefa kuchni! Nigdy więcej tam nie zjemy!!!!!! ...

I had an amazing experience at this grill house! The space is incredible, offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious—every dish is packed with flavor. The grill is the best I've ever had, cooked to perfection and full of smoky goodness. The service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff, and we thank them for their efforts with the languages.

Ich hatte für 89 złoty eine Grill Platte.. Jedes Fleisch war viel zu trocken und man hat deutlich geschmeckt, dass es schon einige Stunden auf dem Grill lag bzw. Lag es schon ne Weile und wurde nur kurz erwärmt..... Bigos war sehr lecker, Chili von carne wird bestimmt auch gut gehen aber ganz ehrlich... Wer sich Grillhouse nennt und nicht selbst merkt, dass man Fleisch nicht Zig Stunden aufm Grill lässt, der tut mir leid!

Essen kam nach 5min...also da weiß man, dass nichts frisch zubereitet sein kann.

Meine Freundin hatte nen Steak, was auch schon fast kalt war und zäh.

Einzig sie Süßkartoffel Pommes und Bigos waren top.

Hätte ich nicht so einen großen Hunger gehabt, hätte ich das Fleisch nicht aufgegessen!

Unterm Strich kann man sagen, Wer sich Steakhouse schimpft und man das teuerste Gericht nimmt, wo nur Fleisch ist, dann muss dad auch Qualität haben... Die Spätzle die ich als Beilage noch hatte, waren allerdings sehr lecker gewesen.

Unterm Strich naja... Fleisch gibt 0 Punkte... Der Rest ist dort echt gut aber in einem Grillhouse will man etwas gegrilltes... Und wenn das ein Reinfall ist, naja.. Was soll...
