Może — Restaurant in Lublin

I don't know how a place can have so many staff working there and still give bad service. First we had to queue, but then it was a busy time. We were not allowed to book a table. We ordered quickly but the waitress came back after a few minutes to check our order. Then we sat without any drinks for a while before one plate appeared. The waitress looked confused when we asked about our drinks. I thought the food was reasonable, I had ribs which were tasty if a little dry. Burgers were good, too. However, some of the dishes we ordered didn't appear, so we cancelled those. Looking around we saw that other tables were also having problems. Plates not arriving together, someone without cutlery, others with food but no drinks. Maybe it was just a bad day, but the service was poor. Staff were walking back to the kitchen empty handed, tables were sat empty of customers but when we left there were people queuing outside. A restaurant like this should make sure the service is good otherwise people...

Ostatnio się tu poprawiło. Jedzenie jest naprawdę ok, widoki fajne. Kelnerki miłe i szybko wszystko działa. Ostatnia nasza wizyta na plus. Ale udało nam się siąść tutaj pewnie tylko dlatego, że pogoda była średnia i były wolne stoliki. Inaczej nie jest łatwo, a rezerwację trzeba robić z przynajmniej dziennym wyprzedzeniem. Inaczej nie rezerwują.

Wcześniejsza opinia: Sobota godzina 13sta. Stoliki w połowie nie zajęte a kolejka przy wejściu na 100 osób i wszyscy czekają na wskazanie stolika, mało tego trzeba mieć jakąś kartę żeby usiąść... Obsługa pewnie za wiele nie zarabia to i nie spieszy się jej za bardzo. Nie polecam, lepiej przejść lekko na drugą stronę zalewu i tam są dużo lepsze, spokojniejsze restauracje z dobrym jedzeniem.

Wcześniejsza opinia: Największy minus to parking płatny, który należy do restauracji. Nawet z rachuniem trzeba zapłacić, wyjątkiem jest rezerwacja na min. 6 osób - tak dowiedzieliśmy się od rarkingowego (ciekawo do jakiego auta tyle wejdzie :). Pozatym jest w porządku, fajne widoki. Panie kelnerki troszkę roztrzepane (za każdym razem podchodził do nas ktoś inny i nie wiadomo komu dać napiwek :) Smakowo jest ok, ale nic nadzwyczajnego. Burgery średnie, bez pomidorów, mięso kompletnie niedoprawione....

I’ve been waiting for Aperol Spritz for 20 mins (although my friends received their drinks within 5 mins), then it turned out that they run out of Aperol yesterday and waitress forgot to tell me about it 🤦🏻‍♀️. I reordered white wine and again after another 25 mins of waiting I haven’t received anything 🤷🏻‍♀️. Restaurant had only few customers, I don’t understand why service is...
