So Coffee — Restaurant in Poznan

Not impressed with service 2nd of Jan 14-15:00 Pistachio coffee served cold and without whipped cream which has not been mentioned at the time of the order. Gave the coffee back but nothing has been said from either of two serving ladies. Ordered 2nd time and had to go back after 20 minutes to remind them and only aha has been said back. Not recommended. I haven’t been served. There were two assistants, none of them paid attention to me. None of them intended to ask me whether I would like something, nor to inform me whether the point was open or closed. I was standing there alone for a while being ignored. Pani za ladą niestety nie ogarnia co sie wokół niej dzieje. 2x pytała ile ma byc kanapek zeby się nie pomylić, a i tak sie pomyliła. Skasowała nam dodatkowy zestaw. Wróciłem się po zwrot pieniędzy, zwrot tylko na kartę. Dobrze - więc zgodziłem sie, Pani zabrała paragon i nie dała dokumentu zwrotu. Pieniądze na konto nie wróciły (minął już tydzień) i nikt nie odbiera. Więc zostaliśmy przez firmę oszukani. Drogo, nieogarnięta obsługa i w dodatku zostaliśmy po prostu oszukani przez niekompetentnego pracownika. Dodając do opini państwo prosili o kontakt. Napisałem po czym brak odpowiedzi na maila. Już sobie daruje ten zwrot ale nigdy więcej moja noga tam sie...
