Dom Whisky — Restaurant in Władysławowo

My wife and I visited Bar Cocktail Max on September 28, 2023, and the experience was far from satisfactory. We arrived at 8:30 PM, only to be surprised that there was no cocktail menu available, leaving us no choice but to search for recipes on our phones. When we approached the bar again, the bartender's lack of friendliness and willingness to assist was striking. We endured an uncomfortable 15-minute wait while customers who arrived later were served promptly.

It was evident that the bar staff fell short on the basic courtesy and service skills expected in their roles. As tourists in the area, this experience has left a sour taste, making us reconsider returning to Jastrzebia Gora. In fact, we were so disgusted by the disregard for customers that we decided to walk out. To be blunt, we were thoroughly disappointed. In my opinion, the bar staff at Bar Cocktail Max should either receive extensive customer service training or explore alternative career paths because they are clearly unsuitable for their current roles. This experience was unpleasant, and I cannot recommend Bar Cocktail...

Dom whisky perfect place for everyone who like and enjoy good whisky. Their choice of scotch , bourbon, Irish, Japanese whisky is enormous. If you don’t have your favourite one. Which for me is definitely rich scotch turf/peaty flavour, you can pick and pick… fortunately here’s comes bartenders who’s are really knowledgeable and can easy explain and give advice. If you not too big fan of whisky like mine Mrs, you can still find something for yourself, they doing cocktails based on whisky which are superb specially whisky Sour. My Mrs don’t like whisky but she enjoyed her cocktail so much we came back for more.

Building itself is special, themed bit on American style bars but really well made and finished. You can really relax in nice comfy chairs and sofas in dim lights, with glass of excellent whisky.

Such a shame. 2 rounds of of excellent cocktails. They'll do all the fancy fruit basket stuff if you like but classics like Daiquiri, Old Fashioned, Margarita etc all done very well. Prices were cheap (I'm English) so £6 for an excellent cocktail is good. However, the rounds took 45 and 55mins respectively from arriving at the bar to paying. No organisation at the bar and people being served in a totally random order irrelevant of when they arrived. Football fans drinking beer huffing and puffing at people waiting to order drinks (perhaps ot the best place to watch the footy?), my best advice is raise your prices. Very little proper competition so take adavantage of this! You might lose some customers but you profit margins won't fall and the whole experience...
