Info for the owner - I am not a restaurant owner but an ordinary customer looking for new oriental flavors. Unfortunately you don't provide them. Your food is very very poor. Compare your Thai beef curry with original one that you can find all around Thailand and answer yourself what you do wrong. Try to prepare meals like in Bangkok, Hanoi or Hue, not only crispy chicken in sweet and sour sauce. Customers in Poland are enough of it. Use meat of better quality, fresh veggies (not cheap frozen mix), fresh herbs, original spices and maybe then you get 5 stars...
