What to say... a traditional sea food restaurant. However, service is dismal, top tier on the worst service I've experienced in any restaurant. We reserved a table, arrived on time. 2 tables were sat after and served before we even were served entrées or asked for our choices. 2 more tables were sat between we made our choices known to the serving crew, and those 2 were fully served before. The owner of the place when confronted with this information responded arrongantly and dismissively (incredible demeanor) in the lines "this is my house, and this is how we work". The food wasn't even that good, which was unexpected given the supposed fame for the food quality and taste. There were no redeeming qualities. Delicious food. Tastes like home made and everything is fresh. Service is slow, definitely a point for improvement, after you’re served you’re totally forgotten in your table. Este estabelecimento tem um serviço repugnante: o senhor é mal educado e age de má fé. Reservámos uma mesa para cerca de 14 pessoas, pedimos os pratos antecipadamente, com o cuidado de 2 pratos veganos. Como no menu não tinham opção, deixámos ao seu critério, para facilitar o restaurante. Durante o processo de entrega dos pratos, tentaram escapar-se dizendo “ah só falta mais um de choco, não é?” Quando claramente se notavam ali 2 pessoas sem comida. Quando confrontado e sem escapatória disse “ ah, mas não me disseram o que fazer?” Tentámos sugerir várias opções ( repare-se que todos tinham prato, apenas duas pessoas é que faltavam) saladas ( que disseram que tinham na altura da reserva), sopa, arroz com legumes ( disse que não tinham ”isso/ dessas coisas”- como assim um restaurante não tem legumes?).
