O Brasileiro — Restaurant in Alcanena

[English] Your average restaurant in a place where restaurants are lacking, O Brasileiro offers excellent food, done by the family's mother, the restaurant is ran by two brothers who've been on the business for a long time.

There isn't much variety of food here, but the ones on offer are delicious, like the typical "Bitoque", or "Steak with egg on top", cow or pig varieties, my personal suggestion would be the "Queixada de porco", or in English, "Pig Jawbone", the meat is stuck to the bone served with baked potatoes which makes this dish extra flavory!

There are two entrances to the restaurant, the back one is wheelchair accessible, the main entrance, near the main road, has steep stairs that lead to the bar area.

Everyone is extra friendly and offer great serving services, you literally feel at home here!

[Português] Um restaurante típico da zona, onde não existem muitos restaurantes por onde escolher, O Brasileiro oferece excelente comida feita pela mãe dos dois irmãos que gerem o restaurante, família que já gerou restaurantes na zona.

Não existe muita variedade de comida, no entanto as que estão disponíveis no menu são deliciosas, como o típico Bitoque, de porco ou de vaca, ou a minha sugestão pessoal, a Queixada de porco, a carne presa ao osso acompanhada por batata cozida faz este prato bastante procurado muito suculento e apetitoso.

Existem duas entradas para o restaurante, a entrada traseira é acessível a cadeira de rodas, no entanto a entrada virada para a rua principal têm escadas para a zona do bar.

Todos são super amigáveis e o serviço á mesa é excelente, um restaurante que te faz...

Comida barata e de grande qualidade! O atendimento é muito bom! Vivo no estrangeiro e sempre que voltar a Minde irei...
