ODX Restaurant — Restaurant in Aljezur

Based on reviews I thought I would love this place. Service was attentive to other customers who were not women over 50. They were greeted, received menus, and had orders taken and received their food at lightning speed. I was ignored for long periods between arrival, ordering, and getting a check in after I was obviously finished. I can say this with confidence because at no time were there more than two other small parties.

I ordered the seasonal salad, which was almost all lettuce. The roasted vegetables were more like garnish. There was too much oily dressing, not a typical complaint for me. Wine and the packaged gelato were the best parts of the meal.

A beautiful place with delicious food. Chef Maria is amazing. I had the pulled pork sandwich and the chill prawns. The bread and butter was also fabulous. Oh, the desserts are delicious as well. My girlfriend had the middle eastern salad and said it was the best salad she’s ever had. Extra points for the natural headlands as the background landscape, and only a few hundred meters from a majestic ocean and river! Live music on...

Super vibe-y Restaurant we visited last November. Very welcoming atmosphere, beautiful surroundings and a very cool space. We had a few dogs playing around, super cute, which added even more to the atmosphere. I would say it's a little bit "alternative", which also is true for the region. I loved it.
