I had dinner twice at this restaurant, and both times, it was delicious. The staff is just brilliant and very helpful. There is more than enough to choose from for me, as I eat fish but no meat. There are some lovely, classic dishes on the menu. I had the clams one day and prams the other, both excellent starters. For mains, I had grilled grouper and a classic cod with onions and potatoes. All perfect... The only letdown was the chocolate mouse, which had actually split (scrambled egg with chocolate taste). I can highly recommend...

This is our local restaurant and we are very fortunate to have it so close by. We visited today for a birthday celebration but had no reservation. No recomendable. Fuimos desde braga (20km) porque las indicaciones que teníamos eran estupendas. Reservamos una mesa para 4 comensales y los 4 quedamos extremadamente decepcionados, tanto por el precio (138€) como por el tamaño de las raciones. Como ejemplo nos cobraron 18€ por las entradas… 4 tarrinas de mantequilla, un platito con 5 rodajas de queso y 5 de embutidos de supermercado y un platito con pataniscas de bacalao, unos fritos que preparan tipo buñuelos de bacalao y que realmente estaban buenísimos. Lo demás fueron dos medias raciones de bacalao, unos filetes de merluza rebozados y un bife de vitela grelhado, un filete de ternera a la brasa, pequeño y muy pequeño para ser en portugal. Los postres muy buenos, pero la estrella de la casa, la torrija , viene soltera, acompañada de media bolita de helado, muy buena eso sí, deliciosa, pero…. Pan con leche rebozado y frito!! Podían haberse alargado un poquito y poner dos torrijitas… repito, que es pan duro aprovechado!!!
