A highly frequent place. It's definitely recommended to make a reservation. I did not because I went there spontaneously. I made the reservation then onsite because there was no free table. I was waiting about 30 minutes, which was ok for me. The staff is nice and friendly but they are so busy and in my case not attentive because I was waiting again for at least 15 minutes to place my order even if they were at the next table. I had the impression that a tourist is only in 2nd place here, sadly. It was my second visit and I felt this twice. Nevermind I like the food quality there and I would go back because of this. Very good menu with lots of delicious meals and drinks. Of course the ice cream is highly recommended and it's hard to decide which flavour to take. If you want to sit quietly you should not go there but if you like good meat, you should. And the balcony has a great view in addition. I also like the shop they have close to the restaurant. Very good food, with a nice portion at affordable price. The service was super fast.

We were a group of ten people and arrived right after it opened for lunch, on a week day in summer. We were served around 10 minutes after the order was placed.

The staff is very nice and helpful. We got a small "problem" on one of our dishes, since the salad came with a small live bug. We called the staff and they recognised the situation was not good and explained why it happened (they serve pre-prepared salad from a provider). We understood that this situations happen and is no-ones fault, so we asked just to replace the salad. They took the plate almost half eaten and came back with a newly cooked dish...and in the end they haven't billed both dishes (the "buggy" one and the offered one) - this is great customer attention.
