21.12.18 = Corrida pura, loja limpa .... desde Setembro de novo em Beja. Só a velocidade poderia tolerar os padrões BK ainda crescem ... diz um alemão !!

Third Visit - 5.1.19 = (again) 15 (!) minutes to wait in a FAST food restaurant plus time to get meal ordered. Unbelievable - have all to learn in german company stores to check for logistic (also no chicken nuggets since days!) and fast, correct working!!!

Simplesmente caótico! Mau atendimento, lento e com doses mínimas. Os gelados são a meio copo. Staff novinho, sem saber exactamente o que fazer. Há falta de organização, quer entre o staff quer da parte dos próprios clientes que não compreenderam ainda que 5 caixas quer dizer 5 filas. Ninguém esclarece os mais "distraídos". Incompetência! E as caixas também não estão a aceitar os cupões de desconto! Daqui a pouco acaba o prazo e ainda não consegui beneficiar de nenhum... E também é de referir que nem sempre estão todas as caixas abertas! Ontem estava só UMA!! Depois abriu só mais outra... Lamentável.

Fui lá hoje. Continua na mesma. Já...
