We were greeted with a refreshing glass of sparkling wine, the perfect start on a warm day. The restaurant itself is spotless and beautiful, the service is impeccable, and the food—simply outstanding. Portions were so generous we happily took leftovers home. Amazing rustic atmosphere, super chill, parking, outside areas and brilliant service. The menu is local, varied, and includes fresh fish and meat. Dessert choice is varied, but some friends reported theirs were a bit aged and also that consistency was off. My tiramisu was well prepared though and tasted homemade, if a bit bland (a tad below the usual sweetness and spirited flavour). Organizamos uma saída de grupo e Tivemos o prazer de visitar o GATO DO RIO e só tenho elogios! Desde o momento em que entrei, fui recebido com simpatia e profissionalismo por toda a equipa. O ambiente é acolhedor, limpo e decorado com muito bom gosto, criando uma atmosfera perfeita para uma refeição tranquila e agradável.

A comida é simplesmente deliciosa — preparada com ingredientes frescos, bem apresentada e cheia de sabor. Nota-se o cuidado e a dedicação na cozinha. O menu é variado e consegue agradar a todos os gostos, desde os pratos tradicionais aos mais criativos.

O serviço foi impecável: rápido, atencioso e sempre com um sorriso. Os funcionários mostraram-se sempre disponíveis para esclarecer dúvidas e dar boas sugestões, o que valorizo imenso.

A relação qualidade/preço também me surpreendeu pela positiva. Sente-se que há respeito pelo cliente e preocupação em oferecer uma boa experiência do início ao fim.
