Hands down the best restaurant experience we had in Madeira. The views alone are worth the visit—absolutely breathtaking, especially around sunset. You’re perched in a spot that feels like you’re floating above the ocean, with panoramic views that stretch for miles.

The service was equally impressive: warm, attentive, and genuinely accommodating. Every member of staff made us feel welcome without being overbearing, striking the perfect balance between friendly and professional.

Now, the food. Wow. The mango and banana smoothie was a surprise hit—refreshing, naturally sweet, and bursting with tropical flavour. The seafood pasta was the real showstopper though—perfectly cooked pasta with generous portions of fresh seafood in a rich, flavourful sauce. Genuinely the best I’ve ever had. And the top salad (yes, that’s the name!) was fresh, vibrant, and beautifully presented—simple ingredients elevated to something special.

I visited this restaurant on 24.04 and ordered seafood (mussels and tuna). Shortly after eating, I began to feel unwell — my face turned red, I experienced a rapid heartbeat, a heat sensation, and weakness. At the hospital, I was informed that it was a reaction consistent with histamine poisoning, which can occur when fish or shellfish are not properly stored. I can’t say for certain whether the reaction was caused by the tuna or the mussels, but I felt it was important to share my experience so the restaurant can reassess how seafood is handled and stored.

Also, the tuna salad was heavily covered in a very sweet balsamic sauce — so much that it overwhelmed the dish and masked the actual flavors. I had to scrape the sauce off the tuna, and most of the salad leaves were hard to enjoy.
