This misinformation not only wasted our time but also marred our day, leaving us scrambling for last-minute alternatives.
The lack of communication or a simple update on their business hours online reflects poorly on their management and customer service ethos. It's basic courtesy to ensure potential patrons are not left in the lurch, especially in a destination where every meal counts towards the travel experience. This oversight shows a disregard for customer convenience and satisfaction.
Furthermore, upon trying to reach out for clarification, there was no response nor any sign of apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. It's disheartening when establishments fail to value or respect their customers' time and plans.
This experience has left a sour taste, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others.
