Braseiro Gaúcho — Restaurant in Elvas

I was excited when I heard there was a good restaurant just opened. When me and my husband went there we are so disappointed. First of all I came for the picanha so I was expecting to get the picanha. But something weren’t quite right because they don’t offer us the picanha, they offer it to the other tables. There were only 3 tables including us at that time. They brought other meats which was not that great. My husband heard the butler asked to the waitress why they didn’t offer us the picanha, they said don’t worry, because me and my husband are not Brazilian so we won’t like it. Those waitress only brought the left over picanha with garlic to us from other tables which is only a small chunk from the skewer. And then when finally they realizes we were there for the picanha they brought the regular picanha which is again the leftover from other tables and sliced thinly just like sliced ham. Those waitress also not friendly at all. They act different with Brazilian customers. It’s just funny because we paid the same price as the other customers but we got less service just because we’re not Brazilian. This quiet atmosphere can’t be beat. When you are full, you’ll say Díos Díos! Braseiro Gaúcho in Elvas is definitely the place to go if you are craving the Brazilian Steakhouse vibe. He visitado este restaurante en compañía de mi familia. El trato ha sido pésimo. Tras haber realizado la comida y haber terminado de pagar no quisieron hacernos una factura de la misma, un trato deplorable. El encargado nos invitó a salir con muy mala educación y modales porque le interesaba entrar a una familia para ocupar nuestra mesa que había sido reservada con anterioridad y exigiendo que a la 1 y media exacta tendríamos que estar sentados, de lo contrario nos quedaríamos sin mesa. Y vimos como no paraban de entrar clientes hasta las 4 de la tarde para sentarse a comer. El encargado finalmente accede a hacer la factura después de hablarnos mal y alto. Cuando decidimos salir del restaurante observamos como había una familia esperando en un bar aledaño al que fue a buscar para sentarse en nuestra mesa.
