OLA , HOJE FUI ALMOÇAR AO ESTABLECIMENTO XIXAS ENQUANTO ESPERAVA PELO MEU PEDIDO OLHEI PARA A COZINHA E VI UM EMPREGADO A DEIXAR CAIR O BIFE NO CHAO E A CORTAR O MESMO COM OS DENTES , O MESMO COLOCOU DE VOLTA O BIFE NO GAMELO E TROUXE PARA A MESA , DEPOIS DISSO TROUXE ME A BEBIDA " FRESCA " VEIO CONGELADA ,ENQUANTO O EMPREGADO DEIXAVA O PRATO NA MESA ACABOU POR SE DESCUIDAR DANDO UM TRAQUE. APÓS COMER A RAÇÃO FUI Á CASA DE BANHO , QUANDO ME ENCONTREI COM AS SANITAS TODAS CHEIAS DE LAMA , CHAMEI O FUNCIONARIO E O MESMO DISSE QUE ERA A DIARIA DA CASA UM AUTENTICO DISTURBIO...

Estávamos desde as 11h30 com nossa miúda de 3 anos a espera do restaurante abrir. Quando abriu as 12h10 a Sra disse que já não havia Mesas disponíveis. Sendo que entre as 11h30 e horário de abertura uma outra funcionária foi a porta e disse apenas para aguardar, em nenhum momento mencionou que havia mesas reservadas ou restaurante cheio. Outros 2 grupos pessoas que também chegaram as 11h30 ainda conseguiram mesas e nós não. Carnaval de barriga vazia e péssimo atenção...
