What a gem! It’s a little further out than we would normally travel for dinner, but definitely worth the journey. As you drive up the lane, you have no idea what to expect… it’s a high class space in beautiful rural surroundings. The decor is tasteful, they didn’t lean too much in to Thai. Possibly a tad bright for me, but most restaurants don’t get lighting right throughout the night. The music is great, and the atmosphere was really pleasant and relaxed. The menu is well proportioned, with something for everyone. There are little twists such as ‘chicken toast’ and a well priced sampler to start. The food standard is really superior, with rich flavours and great quality ingredients. The service here really impressed me. There were a few staff in the adjacent kitchen (but you couldn’t hear them) and two servers. The servers were polite and extremely efficient. All timings were spot on, and intuitive. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who were knowledgeable about the menu and eager to make recommendations. Now, onto the food - simply exquisite! Each dish was bursting with flavor and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The Tom Yum soup was a perfect balance of spicy and sour, while the Pad Thai had just the right amount of sweetness and tanginess. We also tried the Green Curry and it was hands down the best we've ever had - creamy, aromatic, and packed with tender chicken and vibrant vegetables.
