The bar inside is really unique. Just enough light, just enough space. Just loud enough (you can talk without having to shout at the person in front of you). The staff will make you feel right at home. Apart from the kindness, there's a mix between professionalism and, with all due respect, physical beauty. Don't know who she is, but the lady behind the counter would turn any drink I had the best one in the whole world. God... She's stunning! There's the kind of attention to detail where you ask for a draft beer and the glass where it is poured comes from a fridge. So... Amazingly cold beer in a deliciously frozen glass. Loved the place. Good clientele, comfortable environment... Nothing but good stuff to say about them. And that girl behind the bar.. Oh god......

Nous sommes venus un mercredi exprès après avoir vu la publicité annonçant la francesinha à 6,50 € au lieu de 8,50 €. Le restaurant n’ouvre qu’à 13h pile. À l’intérieur, la déco est typique, avec beaucoup d’écharpes de clubs de football accrochées au plafond.

La francesinha était bonne et notre addition correspondait bien au prix annoncé. En revanche, nous avons rencontré sur place un couple d’origine française vivant au Portugal, et eux ont payé 8,50 € au lieu des 6,50 € annoncés. Comme ils parlaient français, ils ont été pris pour des touristes. Cela leur a laissé une mauvaise impression et je trouve dommage de faire une différence de prix selon la langue.

En résumé : bonne francesinha à prix correct pour nous, mais une expérience ternie par un manque de transparence qui peut décevoir...

⏰ 🎶 Open late. Nestled along side a road in a tiny town, this more traditional-euro-pub offers a Portuguese centric selection of beer and food. Awesome for a late arrival to town, or a meal and drink over some darts and music.
