Sadly having to amend my review after another visit to Porta 7.
Whilst the place was busy the single member of staff working tables and the bar was not sufficient. He was rude and frankly unhelpful - prehaps just stressed?
It took a long time to be offered drinks and for the food order to be taken. When the food did arrive 2 meals were around 10 minutes behind the rest of the meal which made it difficult to eat together - the whole point of going to a restaurant surely?
Unlike previous visits no-one check in to see how the meal was, to offer more drinks, or even desserts! Revenue definitely lost there.
I'd still recommend this place but..... Pick a quiet night that the single member staff is capable of handling it. Infelizmente ter que alterar meu comentário após outra visita a Porta 7.
Enquanto o lugar estava ocupado, o único membro das mesas de trabalho do pessoal e o bar não eram suficientes. Ele foi rude e francamente inútil - talvez apenas estressado?
Demorou muito para que fossem oferecidas bebidas e para que o pedido de comida fosse atendido. Quando a comida chegou, 2 refeições estavam cerca de 10 minutos atrasadas em relação ao resto da refeição, o que tornava difícil comer juntos - certamente o objetivo de ir a um restaurante?
Ao contrário das visitas anteriores ninguém faz check-in para ver como estava a refeição, para oferecer mais bebidas, ou mesmo sobremesas! A receita definitivamente perdeu lá.
Eu ainda recomendo este lugar, mas ... Escolha uma noite tranquila que a equipe de um único membro seja capaz de lidar com isso.
Would definitely recommend this place. The venue has an easy going atmosphere and the staff are always welcoming.
The menu is primarily burgers - but this is a strength as they specialise very well and the range is delicious. The other offering on the menu are cooked, taste and present perfectly.
The prices are very reasonable especially when you consider the quality of both the food and the venue.
10/10 would recommend.
Definitivamente recomendo este lugar. O local tem um ambiente descontraído e a equipe é sempre acolhedora.
O cardápio é principalmente de hambúrgueres - mas isso é um ponto forte, pois eles se especializam muito bem e a variedade é deliciosa. As outras opções do menu são cozinhadas, saboreadas e apresentam-se perfeitamente.
Os preços são muito razoáveis, especialmente quando você considera a qualidade da comida e do local.
10/10...
