During a recent outstanding visit to Portugal, friends and I found ourselves a bit lost on back roads. As we were getting hungry, we saw signs for a restaurant out in the countryside and decided to stop. What a find!!! We were warmly greeted and experienced a wonderful Portuguese meal prepared by a young chef. Our host Maria gave us much info and was very accomodating. The atmosphere was charming also.
