During a recent outstanding visit to Portugal, friends and I found ourselves a bit lost on back roads. As we were getting hungry, we saw signs for a restaurant out in the countryside and decided to stop. What a find!!! We were warmly greeted and experienced a wonderful Portuguese meal prepared by a young chef. Our host Maria gave us much info and was very accomodating. The atmosphere was charming also. Nao aconselho este restaurante pelo seguinte. Estive no dia 26/1/2020 Comida retardada sem qualquer qualidade nos comemos Ensopado de Berego possivelmente feito a varias semanas, Bacalhau sem qualquer gosto e prato de carne de Porco sem qualquer qualidade. Por fim os preços nao sao normais para a qualidade da comida doses a 22 e 26 Euros,entradas eramos 5 veio uma entrada com quatro rodelas de enchido e um pequeno queijo mas esta aceita-se. uma garrafa de vinho normal custa 10€ . Dieses Restaurant ist an den Museumskomplex der Mine von Lousal angeschlossen und zeigt im Interior viel traditionelle Gegenstände der Minenarbeiter. Die Speisen sind überaus schmackhaft zubereitet und sehr traditionell. Besonders die Nachtische sind zu empfehlen. Ich esse hier regelmäßig und mag gern den Hähncheneintopf auch andere Fleischgerichte sind ausgezeichnet. Eine Portion reicht meistens gut für 2 Personen.
