Soltróia Beach Club — Restaurant in Grândola

Place looks amazing, however the service is absolutely horrendous. We took the time to make a reservation because other reviewers suggested it. We arrived early, we sat and placed our order with the server right away. We were one of the only ones there. Afterwards more tables started filling up, and soon after their food arrived... while our food was nowhere to be seen. We asked the server that how could this be, their reply was that the chef wanted to bring out all that food first. Mind you we are two people, they were 8 people, and they ordered the same food we ordered.... after TWO HOURS, WE WERE FED UP AND SPOKE TO MULTIPLE SERVERS,only find out that they did not input our order. Afterwards another server told us the food would be out in 5 minutes... and only 30 minutes later it was brought to our table. At this point we furious, we ate the food, it was nothing special in fact the salad was not edible. And when it came time for the bill they forced us to pay for everything. Absolutely horrible service. WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS RESTURANTE TO ANYONE WE KNOW. AND WE WILL NOT BE...

Olhando para ementa (preço médio prato 25€) ter tido o serviço desastroso que vou descrever, não é aceitável.

Falta formação dos empregados normalmente é culpa do patrão e ou gerente, o que se confirmou.

Empregada serve água como se todos quiséssemos, nem questiona, tive que ser eu a interpelar para não servir desnecessariamente quem não iria beber.

Pedimos azeite, que estava na mesa, ao fazer o pedido indicamos o frasco, que nos responde ‘mas está aí’ nem coloca a hipótese de ter acabado, ainda em dúvida do cliente abana frasco nossa frente.

Recebe os pedidos da comida sem apontar, estranhei, éramos 5 pessoas pedidos todos diferentes, a minha estranheza confirmou-se, que veio logo de seguida confirmar 1 dos pedidos.

Postura inaceitável, a aceitar o pedido com as 2 mãos na anca, ainda pensei se viria algum touro … várias vezes na sala de braços cruzados, uma postura inaceitável pra um local como este.

Pedido demorou muito tempo, questionei, disse que tinha pedidos da grelha daí a demora, vieram passado 2 minutos de eu questionar. Nesse momento quem vem mesa arranjar Dourada e servir no prato é coincidentemente a gerente, mostrei o meu desagrado, sobre tudo o que já se tinha passado anteriormente.

Ora aqui vem a confirmação de que o problema vinha de trás (patrão e gerente), já 4 pessoas tínhamos terminado, e estava ainda uma pessoa a terminar mas completamente descansados a conviver, repentinamente a GERENTE vem recolher os pratos enquanto a outra pessoa ainda estava a comer…e traz menus abertos na página das sobremesas, já não me chocou, e confirmou que a falta de formação vinha da Gerente, pede desculpa esfarrapada porque estávamos a conversar etc, e ainda dá desculpas que a empregada era último dia e já tinha sido chamada atenção, o que para mim como cliente de nada me serve, em bom português, só se enterrou mais!

Uma vergonha de serviço! Não recomendo, é uma pena porque comida boa, e lugar bem decorado e bem localizado.

Deixo a conta para apreciarem o serviço que existe, tendo em conta o que eventualmente...

Great location, great view which is reflected in the price. Definitely on the upper end but the quality of the food is good although the salmon burger was a disappointment. Would have rated it higher unfortunately, the staff we encountered and the service offered on our 2nd visit did not allow for a great experience as we had on our 1st visit. Not to mess up their aesthetics we had to have the teenagers in our party seated at a separate table 2 tables away from the parents. The outside sitting area was completely empty but the team was not accommodating...
