Clean, spacious, gracious, with a stunning ocean view. The house wines were good, the bread lovely and fresh, and the tuna pate to die for. The buffet was varied enough for all tastes: chicken soup, cod loins in lemon butter, fried pork cutlets, rice, yams, baked beans, steamed broccoli, boiled potatoes and carrots. On the cold food table, green salad, grated carrots, tomatoes and onions with olive oil and wine vinegar to dress them. For dessert, a fruit salad and a trifle we're on offer. Everything was capped off with espresso and a shot of the local moonshine, a fiery and faintly floral liquor to help the digestion.
