The attempt to experience this restaurante was a failure. We were received by a person that seemed to be in charge of the place, which at first gave me and my boyfriend a table with a upset attitude. I asked for suggestions in the menu and he answered with agressive tone. My boyfriend asked for a steak and when ordering the temperature of the meat well-done the waiter, again with agressive attitude, said that he refuses to take that order because it will ruin this dish and we all leave bad comments about the food. A comida era muito boa, o espaço era muito agradável mas o atendimento da senhora mais velha de cabelo curto preto (Élia ou Nélia?) deixou muito a desejar. Era a senhora que estava encarregue da nossa mesa e um dos pratos demorou imenso a chegar, ao ponto em que só chegou depois do resto da nossa mesa já ter acabado de comer. E em vez de pedir desculpa levou como uma piada. O que melhorou o serviço foi o patrão com muita simpatia que pediu desculpa no lugar da senhora (e ainda teve que nos trazer as bebidas devido à demora), e também a menina (Paloma) que nos trouxe as sobremesas e foi extremamente simpática e prestável. Algo que também nos incomodou muito foi a maneira como a senhora tratou a funcionária Paloma, foi inaceitável, principalmente à frente dos clientes. Adicionalmente, quando pedimos a conta à menina e ela foi requisitar a mesma à senhora, ela respondeu-lhe algo sobre não ter tempo ou paciência para contas e ficou a limpar talheres na cozinha até passado um bom tempo termos pedido ao patrão e ele ter ido pedir-lhe novamente, porém quando o patrão lhe pediu, de repente a senhora já se mostrou interessada em fazer contas. Se voltarmos será devido à simpatia do restante staff e a comida que também é muito boa, pois lapsos de demora todos têm e não vamos diminuir um bom restaurante devido à falta de profissionalismo...

The owners, witch by the way are the ones that are cooking and serving, spend time with costumers. Explaining their history, if, off course you are in the mood. Be careful with the portions....
