The food is great… definitely a good place to try leitão. However, the restaurant is clearly short-staffed. The waiters are rushing around in a stressful way, which makes it hard to sit back, relax, and enjoy the meal.

After receiving the dessert menu, it took about 30 minutes for anyone to come back to take our order, even after we tried calling the waiter a couple of times.

Overall, it’s obviously a good restaurant, but they really need to hire more staff to improve the service experience.

Another point to consider is the lack of proper baby-changing facilities. At the moment, the changing table is placed on top of the toilet, which is quite unhygienic — using the flush with the lid open spreads bacteria everywhere. It’s also very inconveniently located, and since the men’s urinal is in the same space, there’s a strong smell.

I would strongly recommend investing in a proper baby-changing area and hiring more staff. It’s a pity, because the food deserves a much better...

Waiting time was too long, we had a reservation for 13:30 and we never got our table until 15:45, we had to wait with little kids outside of the restaurant foe over 2hrs, it was not a very nice experience.

But their was great and was worth the wait, We had the piglet and some chips and some wine.

They also had very nice desserts. Very friendly and patient waiters and waitresses. Overall we enjoyed the experience, we just wish we didn’t have to wait for so long.

We noticed that alot of people on the queue outside seem very patient, that’s to tell you their meals was worth the wait.

Horrível esperamos 3 horas para almoçar ,pedi um bitoque e trouceram com arroz perguntei as batatas fritas não ok ,Duas pessoas entram e pedem duas francesinhas e vêem as batatas fritas eu perguntei porque não tenho batatas fritas e eles teem chegaram depois foram reservadas o quê está a brincar depois há não há pessoal para trabalhar desculpa mais sem fundamento 4 pessoas a servir,eu sozinho geria aquele restaurante tanta gente a irse embora a espera para comer ,que pena restaurante lindíssimo com uma gerência e empregados sem competência foram várias vezes as mesas vinham de mão vazia ,eu entendo não querem que se sentem nas cadeiras,🤔uma mina de ouro mal gerida que pena .....não recomendo a ninguém se tiver uma hora para almoçar não é o sítio se tiver 3 ou 4 vá lá ..e mais coisas mas vou deixar...
