The service seems to be staggered and below the standards of McDonald's...well, the usual standards anyway. The self-order interactive screens did not seem to work, but it happened right at the end of placing our order, at the payment stage. Any requests for help were ignored, so we opted instead to order at the counter and pay in cash. At this point the counter staff seemed puzzled as to how to interact with us, let alone put through an order. I wish I could say this was the end of our problems- machines not working is somewhat understandable- but our food then took longer than expected, and in fact, we found out our order number was not called out, and that our food was sitting by the side at the collections counter. Read moreWe asked if we could pay to get extra sauce in our burgers. The manager, who understands us, but is speaking to us thru one of the workers, is telling us we can’t. We asked why not but she kept telling us we can’t with a rude face and an attitude. She doesent even look at us. I’ve worked at McDonald’s for 2 years and I know damn well it is possible for them to do, we did that everyday. But still she’s being difficult with a rude attitude Very disappointed in the customer service from the shift leader “Ana”.
And honestly judging from all the McDonald’s I’ve eaten at. This was the worst taste wise. And that’s not judging from the customer service. The atmosphere was nice....
