Terrible Experience at Sushi Pai, Loures

Unfortunately, our visit to Sushi Pai was an absolute disappointment. After being seated, we waited for over 45 minutes without any staff approaching our table—no greetings, no attention, nothing.

To make matters worse, after such an excessive wait, we decided to leave without consuming anything, as it was clear our presence was completely disregarded. Yet, despite receiving no service, we were still charged for the drinks we had ordered, which only added to the frustration.

A restaurant should offer at least basic courtesy and attentiveness to its guests, but this experience was simply unacceptable. Sadly, I would not recommend Sushi Pai to anyone who values decent...

They have much improved since the last time I visited, so I'm changing my 2 star rating to 4 stars. Still not my favourite sushi restaurante, but it is close to home and the price/...

Nunca pensei que fosse tão mau, foi a pior experiência com comida asiática que alguma vez tive. Fiquei com a impressão de que não sabem o que estão a fazer...alguns pratos cheios de sal, outros completamente sem sal nem sabor, ausência de frescura e sabor nos ingredientes, oferta muito reduzida nas opções de escolha no menu. A salada de camarão é uma anedota (não tem camarão), as lulas e o camarão só se conseguem ver com uma lupa. Em suma, os pratos servidos não correspondem aos apresentados no menu. A única coisa que escapava era o sushi não obstante a pouca...
