The ladies at this restaurant are amazing! We called in at a time when they weren't serving food however they went above and beyond to cook us loads of delicious food! Handcut all the chips and everything. The portions were huge, the food was great and service was excellent and so friendly. We even got to meet the beautiful (but useless) sheep guardian dog and a cheeky funny cat. We are extremely sorry/embarrassed that we didn't know enough Portugese language, but communication was still no problem as the lovely...

Truly an Amazing dining experience. Cozy place, great service and friendly staff. The BEST lamb ( cordeiro) I have ever had IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD. This is a must try if you are in the area. I will now come here every time I visit Portugal 🇵🇹. ❤️

I had a flat tire on the highway and the tow truck guy brought me here to have lunch until my new tire arrived and it was the best hospitality and the best delicious Portuguese Feijoada I’ve had since I was here for a year. I was very tired and they even let me sleep in their back room until the tow guy came to pick me up! They were the kindest people I could’ve met in my situation of a 16 hour turnaround drive and I’ll definitely come back to eat here again when I’m in the north😀...
