One of our favourite 'traditional' Portuguese restaurantes. Has all of the usual dishes, but they're very well done. One of the main points for me is that the meat is meat - Not fat with a bit of meat on the edge of it. Their chorizo is the leanest there is, and full of flavour - I'd love to know where they buy it from. And their morcela is possibly the best I've ever had. The portions are generous, well cooked, and full of flavour, and the staff are great. You can't book, so you turn up, and at busy times, join the queue for 10 or 15 mins. Another thing that makes them stand out is the dessert list - Way more than the usual 3 or 4 suspects in the line-up. Infelizmente, já tentamos várias vezes dar uma chance a este restaurante, com compreensão e paciência, mas o resultado é sempre o mesmo. Atendimento fraco, espera longa e um total desprezo pelo cliente. O serviço é desorganizado e pouco atencioso, e os preços praticados estão completamente fora da realidade em relação à qualidade do que é oferecido.

A comida é extremamente simples, sem cuidado com os produtos ou com o sabor, e está longe de justificar o valor cobrado. O sentimento que fica é o de estar sendo tratado com desdém, como se o cliente estivesse ali por falta de opção o que, infelizmente, é o caso para quem mora nesta villa e aredores.

Diante disso, preferimos fazer alguns quilômetros a mais e ir a um fast-food na cidade vizinha, onde, ao menos, o serviço é rápido, o atendimento é respeitoso e sabemos exatamente o que esperar.
