It couldn't be better. Local atmosphere, not a tourist trap at all. I had to congratulate the kitchen. Started with salad. I'm not a salad person and I need to say... it was soooooo good, was the best salad I've ever had. I ordered a second round of salad later. The seasoning wasn't salty nor bland, was perfect. My beef 'maminha' was cooked exactly as i requested. So tender and tasty. The quail was cooked to perfection and got a smoky flavour. The dessert... oh my .... the pudding was superb and the caramel flan great. And in had that alentejo red wine that i couldn't believe that 1/2 litre was only 2 euros. Yes i know i can get a litre for 1.5 euro at the supermarket. But the quality i had tonight was a lot better than those ones. So i had everything plus a 7up for 25 euros. Honestly, i...

Fui pela segunda vez "tentar" comer neste restaurante, pois segundo as avaliações é um lugar que vale a pena. Infelizmente não foi possível experimentar, pois as duas vezes que lá tentei ir fui "muito" mal atendido. Ao solicitar uma mesa para minha família o dono simplesmente disse: "não há hipótese". Simples assim.... Pra mim ficou claro que trata-se de um caso de xenofobia. Lendo os comentários e avaliações anteriores, simplesmente não me parece ser o mesmo lugar. Da primeira vez achei que o senhor já ia fechar a cozinha ou coisa do gênero, mas pela segunda vez tive a certeza que o problema era mesmo com minha família. Definitivamente não recomendo a pessoa alguma esse restaurante. Em uma zona de turismo, se deparar com esse tipo de atitude, em pleno século 21. Francamente. Aconselho ir nos restaurantes ao redor... O Bernardo e Jaime, por exemplo , são restaurante impecáveis em atendimento e comida. Não percam seu tempo dando valor a comerciantes...
