A3 Wine Bar — Restaurant in Olhão

Our family have been coming here for the past two years and since coming we have seen a serious decline in the quality of everything. The waitress when we first came was very rude and seemed like she’d rather be anywhere else. We first ordered wine and a bottle of water (there was 5 of us) she brought out three wine glasses and 4 glasses and we assumed she was going to get more ,we waited 15 minutes before having to go inside to get our own. Then my mother ordered fried squid. What we got out was obviously meat. There was no denying it as it was bleeding and red. When my mother asked was it the squid the waitress told her yes and was adamant and kept very condescendingly telling her it’s how it’s made in Portugal. This was clearly not squid and we had to ask three times for her to be actually served squid , each time we were complete shut down ans told its the portugese way. My mother couldn’t eat it and so asked for it to be taken off the bill and the waitress was once again so horrible about the situation. Was also completely blanked when we asked for the bill and I had to go inside whre again I was ignored when I asked her while standing right in front of her. Just overall was made to feel so stupid and small and so severely dissatisfied and disappointed with every aspect of the dinner. Très déçu , être dans une île magnifique et subir « un restaurant «  de si mauvaise qualité ,après que l on soit assis les choses se complique il y a pas de vin rosé disponible !! , pas de repas au choix sur le menu , pas de Dorade ni de Cataplane ,juste 2 choix possible, le repas arrivé et la surprise un poisson pour madame froid à peine décongelé des frites décongelées également , pain dur et passer , pas d accompagnements , les WC insalubre sans lumière et porte qui ne se ferme pas , après une addition salée et échange avec le »patron «  je vous confirme c'est une belle arnaque pour les touristes, on avait réservé a l'avance pour passer un bon moment et tout a été gâcher !! ,comme promis plus jamais je n’y retourne , ce restaurant mérite moins d’une étoile...
