Restaurante Colibri — Restaurant in Olhão

My wife and I ate at this restaurant on 29th April and we both left feeling very disappointed. The food was awful, the carafe of white wine was like flat prosecco and we were overcharged without being given a detailed bill to be able to see what we had been charged for; just a figure written on a piece of paper. I have never written a review before and we are not complainers but after visiting this restaurant twice within a month and after the first visit putting a poor meal down to bad luck ! Wow wow wow, what can i say, once again the best dinner(no doubts) of our stay in Fuzeta, it's well worth the 10 minutes drive in to the beautiful Moncarapacho for this delightful dinner. "Carvoada", remember that name folks, a mix of steak and Mediterranean black pork with all the sides and sauces included, you will get your mini-bbq and can cook as you wish your meat. From Teresa the owner to Lala the waitress you'll get nothing but great laugh and great costumer service 👏 This is my wife's favourite restaurant in Portugal and now the kids are also part of the Colibri Gang 🏴‍☠️ see you soon ❤❤

I've eaten here many times in the last 20 years or so. Staff have changed many times over the years but the menu has remained much the same.
