mixed feelings about this restaurant. good food. not the cheapest but reasonable. staff are friendly but maybe too efficient - almost before you sit down you have cheeses, olives, bread, butter placed before you. beware these are all extras. only one of us had a bread roll, cheese and butter and a whopping 5 euros added to the bill! chicken is good. service is fast and we had the impression they encourage fast turnaround even if like tonight it wasn't busy. very clean premises but quite sterile feeling. no pictures or other decoration on the beige bare walls. try it though. it might be...

Best coal barbecued chicken ever! Laid back atmosphere, excellent food, excellent, competent and friendly service. Not a place for fancy a dining experience but more towards a day to day, let's eat well and plenty kind of place. Also awesome views on the Serra da Estrela mountain n range. Best chicken around! We normally do takeaway but this time we ate in! Wow. Even better when it is hot to the table!! No menu, you get chicken spicey or not. Salad or not. Chips or not. That's it. Love it! Specialize in one thing and you have literally the recipe for perfection!
