We have made a reservation for 2. Already on the phone, the employee was unfriendly but we decided to give a shot. When we arrived, the place was not fully booked, still we waited 20 minutes to get the entries, without asking for the drinks nor we have been provided with the menu. There was a table with 6 people that arrived later and have been attended before us. We left the place and provided feedback which was a waist of time as the employees were just unfriendly and unapologetic. We do not recommend these type of places for sure. This is an elegant restaurant in Ourém near Fatima. This beautiful restaurant offers delicious multi courses of cheeses, meat, fish, and vegetables. The desserts are mouth watering, especially Pineapple Flambe Chocolate Bailey, and Whiskey Cake. The local house red wine and sparkling Sangria is superb.
