Great place for a group meal. They have lots of options and all the plates state the ingredients what is perfect for alergies. There is 3 stands of food, and the fact that you pay for person, gives you the opportunity to try different dishes. The price change according to the meal time (lunch or dinner and week or weekend) and what drinks you have. I have tried the japonese tea and I really recommend because it is so so tasty and even if it is hot I really enjoy to have it during the dinner time. They also have pints and wine in case you prefer. Another great aspect is the fact that you have raw meat and you can select the pieces tnT you want, they will cook and deliver to your table. You can have people or the robot devivering the food to you. I already visit this place a few times, by the fact that you pay a nice price, even when you include drinks, for example we pay 56€ for 3 persons, what I think it is an amazing prince considering all that we eat. I didn't try, but who was with me loves sushi, and they said that it was over they expectations, considering that sushi is not the speciality of the place, but they state that it was actually quite good. I always go for the beef and starters that I love, like fried banana, pumpkin bread, sweet bread, mushrooms and the raw meat. The desearts are not home made, but they are nice and there is a chocolate fundie, fruits, ice cream and cakes and pudins. For be faire, one of the best places to eat in Ovar in case you are in a group and no one can decide what to eat, this place is the solution. Easy to park. Kids area, so they can jump and get tired during the time that you are enjoying your meal (however, I never get disturbed by them noise, the kids area it is at the very end of the restaurant). Infelizmente, gostaria de partilhar uma experiência desagradável que tive com um empregado de mesa de camisola azul clara. Este funcionário foi extremamente antipático e demonstrou uma atitude arrogante durante o atendimento. Falou de forma pouco educada, com uma expressão constantemente desagradável, e parecia pressionar os clientes para deixarem o espaço rapidamente. Além disso, a falta de um sorriso ou qualquer sinal de cordialidade tornou a experiência ainda mais desconfortável.

Reclamámos com a gerente, mas, lamentavelmente, esta não conseguiu compreender o português nem a nossa explicação sobre o comportamento do funcionário. Este tipo de situação não aconteceu apenas uma vez, mas em várias ocasiões, o que é verdadeiramente de lamentar.

Espero que esta situação seja analisada, pois é essencial que os clientes sejam tratados com respeito e profissionalismo.

Unfortunately, I would like to share a disappointing experience I had with a waiter wearing a light blue shirt. This employee was extremely rude and displayed an arrogant attitude throughout the service. He spoke in an unprofessional manner, always with an unpleasant expression, and seemed to pressure customers to leave the space quickly. Additionally, the lack of a smile or any sign of friendliness made the experience even more uncomfortable.

We complained to the manager, but unfortunately, they did not understand Portuguese well enough to grasp our concerns about the waiter’s behavior. This type of situation has not happened just once but on multiple occasions, which is truly regrettable.

I hope this issue will be addressed, as it is essential for customers to be treated with respect and professionalism.
