PÉSSIMO HORRÍVEL, Fui de propósito de Matosinhos como cliente habitual comer a VITELA ASSADA. Vitela veio 5 minutos depois das entradas a correr, vitela não é feita no dia, veio quase FRIA E DURA E CHEIA DE NERVOS, reclamamos ao balcão ao senhor velhote...visto nem cortada os meus filhos pequenos a conseguiram comer. Não se prontificaram a trocar por outra, fingiram nada saber e ainda se desculparam que toda a gente tinha gostado, eram 20h30 a casa ainda vazia. Voltamos a reclamar com uma funcionária para trocar, que anda ali perdida! também ignorou, veio com uma taça de óleo a ferver! Não me quis chatear pois estava com os meus filhos. Garantidamente não ia pagar e ia para o livro de reclamações...TENTAM QUE SE PAGUE A CONTA SEM FATURAR.A CONTA VEM NUM PAPEL ESCRITO À MÃO ...ATENDIMENTO DEPLORAVÉL, PERDERAM...
