Restaurante O Central — Restaurant in Palmela

We choose the restaurant just like that but what a happy experiênce. A very friendly and attentive smiling lady was attending and serving. The menu had many obtions, not the portuguêse only as always, more choise. We opted for white veal cutlets and curry, both were very good. Fish I saw at other tables, looked delicious as well, not too dry for instance. We don't come often to Pinhal Novo but certainly will visit Central again. The bill inclusive wine, coffee, Maceiera, desserts was just over 70€ ...

Spectacular! The service was great, the restaurant was clean and the food was simply amazing!! The Barrosã meat was cooked to perfection with mashed potatoes. The grilled plumas (pork) was tender and juicy. Save room for dessert, the Molotof was the best I've tasted and the House dessert was not far behind. Go there, you won't be...

Tive a companhia da minha mulher ao almoço e até foi uma agradavel surpresa este pequeno restaurante. Já tínhamos ouvido falar e de facto a comida é muito bem confeccionada, doses na medida certa... Comemos lagartos e lombinhos à central, ambos estavam com ótimo aspeto e saborosos. Os lagartos estavam bem tenros, apenas as batatas fritas demasiado fritas o que as tornou secas e rijas.

As entradas já estavam na mesa, no entanto, penso que ótima escolha nas mesmas, pezinhos de entrada e duas / três qualidades de queijo acompanhar com um dose.

Contudo, dou 4 estrelas devido há simpatia, que não ou pouco existiu por parte do empregado de mesa mas logo apareceu duas raparigas para almoçar e a simpatia existiu :)

Recomendo, espaço bem decorado pela garrafeira e outros acessórios rústicos...
