Cozinha da mamã — Restaurant in Peniche

Great experience for the price/location. I ordered a vegetarian dish (the only one available). It was a fried vegetables burger with rice, fried potatoes and salad.

I must say the salad was incredible. The best I ate in this region so far. On the other hand, the burguer was not that good. They had to put salt on top of it and even tho didn't do it for me.

If I wasn't vegetarian...

Posto molto accogliente e cucina tipica portoghese. Il titolare Fabio molto disponibile e simpatico, la compagna Nélia sempre sorridente e la mamma Ilda una gran cuoca! Qualità/Prezzo ottimo. Mangiato Bacalhau c|blôa e Vitela e estufada davvero buonissimi e bevuto succo di fragola 🍓 e banana🍌 ! Se passate da Peniche non potete farvi mancare una mangiata da Cozinha de Mama! E se Avete fretta, no problem, potete prendere da asporto! Complimenti ci torneremo sicuramente! 🇵🇹😍🥦🥩🐠

Very cozy place and typical Portuguese cuisine.

The owner Fabio very helpful and nice, his partner Nélia always smiling and his mother Ilda a great cook!

Quality/price very good.

Eaten Bacalhau c|blôa and Bifes de vaca really delicious and drank strawberry juice 🍓 and banana🍌!

If you pass by Peniche you can't miss a meal at Cozinha de Mama! And if you're in a hurry, no problem, you can take it away!

Friendly service and good simple food options for 'prato do dia'. The day we went there was a fish pie and beef steak. Noted there was a vege burger on the menu as well. With wine, coffee and dessert it was €24 for 2 people. Great...
