Joana is so amazing! The sushi is so fresh, unique, and delicious (the parrotfish was our favorite). Plus, you can only have the Japanese gins from the library when you have sushi! We asked Joana to brought us her three favorites - a yuzu gin (the best, we ordered a second), a cherry blossom gin, and a classic (but with gold leaf!).
