Amazing food and fantastic hospitality. The bread, pastries and hot dishes are made fresh daily and are always made to perfection. There's a wide variety of different foods to indulge in here which are all sold at cheap prices. My personal favorite is simply the toast that is made here with their thick slices of pan bread which are smothered in butter and are toasted in a large oven which makes for an amazing delight. The owners of this pasteleria would do well to hire staff who are more service oriented. Good customer service equals more sales, it is not rocket science. This is led from the top down. I had ignored previous reviews regarding poor service here, as everyone can have a bad day. Having experienced the same thing two days running it appears to be the normal thing here unfortunately. You come in, get in line, when your turn comes you order and you stand there waiting to get you order, while an endless line behind get furious and fed up of waiting, and some of them leaving.
