Been here a few times and like most other people, the real draw is the leitão. It's so juicy and yet crispy.
You must make a reservation! Otherwise you likely won't be able to get any leitão that day. We learned that the hard way! But there's lots of other good dishes to choose from. Pica pau and grilled chicken are also very good, and the side salad was super fresh and tasty, which is not something I normally find in Algarve. Nice herbs added to the dressing.
You can only get the suckling pig on certain days, and you need to be prepared to spend at least an hour and a half. The place gets PACKED, and there are only a few servers who are lovely and doing their very best.

Both are superb - fabulous crackling and tender meat. True to Portuguese tradition, we ordered a bottle of sparkling red wine to accompany the suckling pig. It’s fresh & fruity and goes really well with the pork. Order the salad as well - the lettuce is a beautiful green and the tomatoes are divine!
On my second visit, I had the ‘Secretos’ grilled pork. The meat was so tender and the fatty edges were like melt-in-your-mouth crispy bacon! Heaven!
