The steak was really good quality meat that's for sure, big portion size as well but it was cooked well done which is basically a "crime"... Specially when I specifically said cook it Rare. Hopefully it was a one time occurrence. The potatoes and turnip greens that came with the steak were great.

The meat pastries I had for starters were great! No complaints there

The dessert I had looked like michelin star grade. But that's about it. It was a complete disaster. The entire dessert taste only like the crumbled cookie that is at the bottom (see picture) and taste is incredibly strong and taste like the cookies some places would serve with espresso. Chegámos ao restaurante por volta das 21h. Após aguardarmos cerca de 5 minutos à porta, alguém finalmente veio ter connosco — inicialmente para nos informar que talvez não houvesse mesa disponível, pois a casa estava cheia. Enquanto foram verificar, reparamos que era possível fazer uma reserva no The Fork com apenas 15 minutos de antecedência, o que demonstrava claramente que havia mesas livres. Após mencionarmos esse detalhe, acabaram por nos deixar entrar e sentar.

No entanto, o pior veio a seguir. Estivemos sentadas durante uma hora — literalmente uma hora — sem que ninguém nos viesse atender. Não nos perguntaram se queríamos beber algo, nem nos trouxeram uma ementa, entradas ou sequer um copo de água. A sensação foi de total desorganização e desinteresse pelo cliente.

Às 22h, decidimos levantar-nos e sair, sem termos sido atendidas. Péssimo serviço e atendimento inaceitável. De nada serve ter um espaço bonito e acolhedor se não existe capacidade de receber bem...

It was a nice place to see football and have dinner, we had the chicken Brest and loin Steak, very good quality. The screens to see different game at a time are fantastic. As the place and employees seem very new, processes might improve more, then it will be a 5 star...
