After reading the reviews, I had high expectations of this restaurant. The restaurant is right next to a busy road and while we were eating there, a lot of noisy and smelly trucks drove past. This was not ideal but we could have known this. The owner is very nice although she didn’t speak any English so communication was troublesome but this is on us for not speaking the local language. Luckily there is an English menu but without pictures. We ordered the picado and a calzone pizza. The pizza was freshly prepared but had way too much dough and, apart from lots of tasteless cheese, too little toppings. Also, we ordered a calzone (folded pizza) so I didn’t expect to get a normal flat pizza. Overall, the pizza was very disappointing and I wouldn’t personally recommend the pizza here. The picado was pretty good, the meat was a bit tough but the taste was good. The fries were good too and the salad was very basic but made from fresh ingredient from their own garden. Overall, this could still be a good restaurant but I personally didn’t like the pizza at all but I think the barbecue food is much better. The price is a bit higher than other comparable...
