Since our arrival on Graciosa, we have made a habit of eating at Jale. It is worth the trip just for their garlic bread which is literally the best we have ever had. (A person at a nearby table exclaimed she was in extasy!) Jale is the only place we have found on the island that offers fresh grilled fish—all of which are on display. You can take your pick!
When we told them my wife has a special medical diet, they went out of their way to ensure her meal not only met her restrictions but was delicious.

I was there on Aug 18,for dinner. It took 1hr to take the order and another 3.5hr for my fish to come (very good as it was grilled). When i grill fish it takes max 15min to make but to this bar it took 3.5hr.
I saw many guests coming after me, being served before me.
After 3 hrs when the owner realized that we were friends with locals said why didn't you tell me. As i said to her, this is not a way to do business.
This is the worst experience i ever had in a service establishment .
