The place itself was nice, the ambiance was great, and the food was quite good.
Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. The language barrier was a major issue. While it's understandable that not every staff member may be fluent in English, it became problematic when the waitress not only struggled with basic communication but also failed to understand the meals even when pointed out on the menu.
For instance, we pointed to the Spaghetti Bolognese on the menu but ended up receiving Lasagna. To make matters worse, the Lasagna was more expensive, and our child didn't want it, so it remained uneaten. On another occasion, we repeatedly pointed to a bottle of Rosé Brut but were served several glasses of White wine instead. The issue with the Rosé Brut was particularly frustrating. We wanted the bottle of rosé and pointed that out again after receiving the first glasses of white. Initially, we thought that the three glasses might have equaled one bottle, but when we saw the bill, we were charged for three separate glasses. So, not only did we not get the rosé we wanted, but we also didn't get the bottle and ended up paying more. These errors created a full barrier that significantly hindered the overall dining experience. Simple requests and questions about the menu became frustrating exchanges that detracted from the enjoyment of the meal.

Esta nova tentativa de marcação veio a revelar-se uma antítese da primeira, atendimento rude e com total pouca vontade de efectuar reagendamento, dia mau acredito da D°.Margarida. Seguimos para o T-bone , no ponto pleno de sabor resultante da gordura exterior e com aquele textura , uma delicia. Quanto as sobremesas , depois da descrição fabulosa do nosso funcionário pedimos quatro diferentes, a encabeçar a lista tivemos o famoso Fondant de caramelo, divino : lágrima de chocolate, tarte de limão merengada e gelado de maçã e Mil folhas de morango e Chantilly.
