Pizzeria il Furetto — definitely one of the top places we visited in Madeira.

The pizzeria is located right inside a hotel complex, and there’s a kids’ playground just next to it — super convenient for families with children.

The food quality is absolutely amazing. Delicious pizza, great wine. But what really made the experience unforgettable was the service. From the moment we called to make a reservation until the moment we paid — the staff was incredibly kind and professional.

Another nice detail: you can add the tip directly to the bill, no need to worry about having cash on hand.

Highly recommended! Out of all the places we visited in Madeira, this one is easily in the top 3 — maybe...

Food is awesome! Views too! But we did not get awesome service. Ordered a large bottle of water which was clearly just pricy tab water which had some small stuff in it. Had to get the menu for our dessert ourselves after a long wait, asked for the bill which I also needed to get later myself. During our end of dinner we were listing to personell arguing loudly in a room next to the terrace.

After that they wanted to automatically add 15%(?) tip to our bill, which I asked to take off.

The food is awesome tho! Must have been an off day...

We got takeaway pizza from here after a week of eating out we wanted a cosy night in. The pizza here was incredible, one of the best I’ve eaten, and one of the nicest meals we had in Madeira. From entering, the staff were so welcoming and if we were looking to sit in, the restaurant looked like a lovely place to sit, well decorated with gorgeous photos on the walls and a roaring fire as it was a chilly evening.
