Quinze — Restaurant in Santo Tirso

We arrived and were directed to the top floor, but it was full. We were then sent to the outside patio and it was 36ºC! When this was referenced we were rudely told we could just leave by someone who I believe is the owner. Our mistake was staying because of lack of options for a group of 9! Even the waitress told us if she was in our position, she would leave, which we understood as she not having a desire to serve under that heat. All of us ordered from the executive menu and at least the "Arroz de Pato" didn't have salt or if it had, it was very little! With the dessert came another problem, because when asked about ice creams, no one informed us they weren't part of the menu (which had dessert at an extra 2€) - each ice cream was 7,5€!! At the end, when paying, I was last and the person I believe is the owner just turned his back on me and went away without giving me any receipt or even asking if I wanted...

A minha experiência no Restaurante Quinze foi, infelizmente, das piores que já tive em muitos anos a frequentar restaurantes diariamente.

Apesar de ter reserva, demoraram cerca de 10 minutos a sentar-nos. Depois de estarmos acomodados, passaram mais 12 minutos até que alguém nos trouxesse a ementa. Quando finalmente veio um funcionário recolher o pedido, decidiu, por iniciativa própria, trazer entradas sem sequer confirmar se as queríamos. Tentei recusar, mas o funcionário virou-me costas a meio da frase, deixando-me literalmente a falar sozinho. Como consequência, as entradas acabaram por vir para a mesa contra a nossa vontade.

Pedimos filetes com puré. Os filetes estavam aceitáveis, mas o puré estava azedo e impróprio para consumo, motivo pelo qual só conseguimos comer os filetes. Quando informámos um funcionário, a situação foi completamente ignorada.

No momento do pagamento, a espera foi novamente longa (quase 10 minutos) e, quando pedi a conta, trouxeram apenas um talão de consulta. Solicitei multibanco e a respetiva fatura (sem contribuinte, como é meu direito), e a resposta do funcionário foi atirar o talão para cima da mesa de forma grosseira. Voltei a reforçar que pretendia uma fatura e, mais uma vez, fui ignorado. Só depois de insistirmos com outro funcionário é que a fatura simplificada acabou por chegar, acompanhada de má vontade e má atitude.

Foram três funcionários distintos a atender-nos ao longo da refeição e todos demonstraram a mesma falta de profissionalismo, desrespeito e má educação.

Nunca fui tão mal atendido num restaurante. O espaço precisa urgentemente de uma intervenção das autoridades competentes, dado que não é aceitável servir comida azeda nem tratar os clientes com desprezo.

Definitivamente, não voltarei ao Restaurante Quinze e desaconselho...
