A Margarida I — Restaurant in Seia

Hun. Sajnos erről az étteremről kivételesen csak negatív véleményt tudok írni. Póvoa Velhában szálltunk meg és az interneten néztük ki ezt az éttermet. Az értékelések alapján jónak tűnt így elhatároztuk, hogy kipróbáljuk. Elég sokat autóztunk, hogy odaérjünk és útközben nagyon sok étterem mellett mentünk el, de kitartottunk az elhatározásunk mellett. Az étterem gyönyörű környezetben található, de (szabályosan) parkolni szinte lehetetlen. A személyzet nagyon barátságtalan volt, szerintem akivel beszéltünk nem is volt személy. Közölte, hogy ha nincs foglalásunk akkor tipli. Tette ezt annak ellenére, hogy egy asztalnál ültek vendégek a belső részben, a kerthelyiség pedig teljesen üres volt. Nagyon bosszantó volt és el voltunk keseredve. Végül kénytelenek voltunk visszamenni Seia-ba és ott vacsoráztunk a TURKISH KEBAB & PIZZA étteremben. Eng. Unfortunately, I can only write a negative opinion about this restaurant. We were staying in Póvoa Velha and looked up this restaurant on the internet. Based on the reviews, it seemed good, so we decided to try it. We drove quite a lot to get there and passed a lot of restaurants on the way, but we stuck to our decision. The restaurant is located in a beautiful environment, but parking (regularly) is almost impossible. The staff was very unfriendly, I don't think the person we spoke to was even a person. He said that if we don't have a reservation, get out of here. He did this despite the fact that guests were sitting at a table in the inner part and the garden room was completely empty. Boa tarde! Depois de me ter sido recomendado o restaurante, cheguei toda satisfeita para provar a comida da D. Margarida... A funcionária que nos atendeu foi muito simpática, todavia a comida não faz jus à fama que tem. Eramos três, pedimos uns secretos de porco preto com migas de alheira e uma dose de cozido. Os secretos vieram para a mesa. Pegamos nos talheres e resolvemos cortá-los: eram secos e pareciam ter sido reaquecidos. Mau, muito mau. As migas eram boas e sabiam a alheira, embora não se percebesse os fiozinhos da carne da alheira. A dose do cozido era parca...antes tinhamos perguntado se chegava para duas pessoas e disseram-nos que sim... O vinho que nos aconselharam era tão ácido que nos caiu no estomago como uma bomba. Para finalizar, um leite creme queimado e um pudim de castanha. O leite creme estava bem confecionado mas estava quente. O pudim de castanha era massudo, nada leve e quase não tinha açucar. Ao longo da refeição, a D. Margarida borbeleteou por entre as mesas e não foi nada acolhedora nem boa anfitriã. Azeda, amarga e ríspida, não serve para proprietária de um restaurante que está classificado nos roteiros da comida regional. Não gostámos e não vamos voltar. Tenho a certeza absoluta que a D. Margarida se estará absolutamente nas tintas. É preciso ser honesta e não mentir quando se tem críticas menos...

Didn't get through the doors as we only wanted coffee/cakes. The only place in the village and they were turning money away ( us two, and at least 2 other families whilst we were sat nearby). Plenty of empty tables (probably no more than 30% full on the day we were there). In the end we drove up the hill to the Museum of Electricity and had really good coffee from their vending machine at 50c. BTW the electricity museum is well wort the...
