Humiliating Treatment of Guests and Unacceptable Behavior of Staff (08.02.2025)

If you are planning to visit this establishment, be prepared for poor treatment by the staff.

After visiting this place, I was left in shock. My friends and I went to the restaurant, had a meal, but then everything turned into a nightmare.

The toilet situation was unacceptable. First, I had to wait in a long line for over 30 minutes. The flushing system in the women’s toilet wasn’t working, so each visitor had to fill a plastic bucket with water to flush manually. When it was finally my turn, another woman cut in front of me with her child without even apologizing. They spent at least 20 minutes in the stall while everyone else waited.

Seeing the situation worsening, my friend suggested using the men’s toilet, as other women were also doing the same. Since there were no locks, I stood by the door to ensure my friend’s privacy. At that moment, a security guard entered and started yelling at me, demanding that I leave. I tried to explain in English that I had been waiting for a long time and that my friend was inside, but they ignored me.

When my friend came out, I physically couldn’t wait any longer, so I entered the stall. Then, the worst part happened—the security guard forcefully removed me from the restroom and then from the establishment, despite the fact that I was a paying customer.

I never imagined that in a supposedly civilized place, I would be treated this way just for needing to use the restroom. This behavior from the staff is completely unacceptable, and I hope no one else experiences this.

I personally witnessed the humiliating treatment of a guest at this establishment. The security guard, who had a distinctive pompadour hairstyle with shaved sides, physically dragged a woman out of the restroom and threw her out of the restaurant—simply because she needed to use the toilet after waiting an unreasonable amount of time.

The conditions in the women’s restroom were disgusting, with a broken flush system requiring customers to manually fill buckets with water. Meanwhile, the staff did nothing to improve the situation. When some women, out of desperation, attempted to use the men’s restroom (which also lacked basic privacy due to missing locks), they were met with aggression instead of understanding.

This level of treatment is unacceptable. Any place that disrespects its paying customers and fails to provide basic hygiene and dignity should be avoided at all costs. Shame on this...

Não dá para dar 0 estrelas?! Começando pela ementa que nem os preços das bebidas e entradas tinha. Escolhemos o prato que era costeletas de borrego, passados uns 30 mim veio a empregada de mesa disse-nos que tinha havido um pequeno problema com o prato e tinha sido feito costoleta de novilho em vez de borrego tudo bem, visto que estávamos com fome dissemos que aguardávamos um pouco e assim foi. Passados mais 20/30 mim veio a mesma empregada de mesa perguntar se a costoleta de borrego era bem ou mal passado, olhamos um para o outro🤷‍♀️, dissemos bem passado e é então que começa a aparecer a tao esperada comida, o arroz , as batatas e o dito borrego😂, que , para nosso espanto era novilho, chamamos a senhora e perguntamos” desculpe isto não é uma costoleta de novilho?” Ela disse que não, pedimos para passar mais o bife visto que a fome já era tanta. Veio outra senhora e nos voltamos a fazer a mesma pergunta e foi então que ela nos deu razão não era borrego. Voltamos a estaca 0 , mas a senhora disse para comermos as batatas) estavam super grossas e crias) que iriam refazer o prato, passados uns 10/15 minutos veio o prato, o arroz tinha um sabor que nem sei explicar a saladas vinha queimada de gelo, mas comemos a carne e as batatas mais finas. No fim pagamos 22 euros e qualquer coisa, enquanto o meu namorado estava a pagar eu fui ver o precário que estava na estrada da porta tal não é o meu espanto 😦 quando venho que a garrafa de água de 0,5 tinha sido cobrada a 2,20 cada estava no preçário a 1,60. Entretanto chegou o proprietário do restaurante e exposemos a situação, ele disse que o preço que estava afixado na porta era para a cafeteria eu pedi-lhe que me mostrasse então o preço delas para o restaurante ele disse que não tinha mas que o preço era aquele e então eu disse que ou ele me devolvia o dinheiro da água ou livro de reclamações e ele deu o dinheiro.
