20age is an amazing dining experience. Serra da Azoia and Cabo Espichel is a charming visit. Capping it off at 20age is the only way to go.

The owner and his team create an environment that is timeless and classically Portuguese, while the decor is still unique and irreverent. It is a completely unpretentious place, with some serious food options many of which come same day from the local seas.

The stars of the menu are the ameijoas and the seafood rice. But the bife de vazia and other non-seafood options are amazing too. While breakfast or lunch is sometimes not available, if Mateus is there he will prepare you a coffee and tostamista that will make your head explode.

I have visited Azoia for several years and whenever I am there for extended periods of time, I have enjoyed every single one of the many meals with good company here. Be sure to time it to see the unbelievable sunset at the monastery to cap off a...

Cute place, clean bathrooms (always a plus) but terrible service. Slow waiters, they ignore you, take forever to bring the slightest glass of water and it's not an extremely big restaurant nor is it extremely busy. I've worked in restaurants in my 20s, even when we were overwhelmed, we would never ignore customers. We would make eye contact or tell them we'd be with them in a minute. This is typical for most places in Portugal though, terrible sense of service. And the cherry on the cake is that only cash is accepted...this is 21st century people! Accept multiple payment methods! Staff needs urgent...

Perfect doesn't make it justice, the food was divine!

Been planning to visit the place for a few months but never had the opportunity, yesterday evening was the day.

welcoming, kind, friendly both server and owner who apparently is also the cook. was craving real Portuguese food after a few "barretes" in touristic areas. food was truly perfect, so much so that I won't each shellfish In Sesimbra again. the meat, "bochechas" were perfectly cooked - perfectly like the same taste that grandma used to make.

What an incredible...

Please note that they only speak French but their menus have pictures as well! Food was delicious! We arrived around 7pm and it was mostly empty. It picked up around 7:30/8:00. We sat outside to enjoy the cool breeze and watch the sunset, it was amazing. The food was really yummy! So glad we stumbled upon this place; it was really clean, laid back, and waiters were all quick and friendly. Not pictured here were the shrimp because we were too hungry to take a picture; they were also delicious. Portions for the meat and fries were for 2-3 people.

The best place to eat in Serra de Azoia. The food is excellent, the amêijoas and the Tosta mixta are insanely good, and the portion sizes are perfect for sharing. The place has a great vibe, and João is super friendly—he’ll suggest what to eat, what to drink, and the dessert of the day! Great quality and fair prices. Have a couple of wines and enjoy good food
