Hands down, the best meal I’ve had in my entire life. The chef is truly an artist. You can feel their dedication in every bite. We had beef heart pica pau, grilled chicken salad, free range chicken with rice, and cocoa sweet potato ganache for desert. And we can’t pick what we liked the most because each dish is uniquely delicious. The beef heart in pica pau was tender and flavorful and the sauce perfectly fitted its taste without overwhelming it. You definitely want bread with that, or else you’ll need to lick the bowl haha. The chicken salad was crispy-fresh and the sesame vinaigrette married the ingredients absolutely beautifully. This is where you’ll need the leftover bread from the previous dish because you won’t want to leave that delicious dressing behind. A slow cooked free-range chicken with rice was the main dish and it the main star of the whole experience. It tasted so good we wanted to cry. And it came sprinkled with candied chili pepper which flavour and texture is to die for. It’s perfectly hot, sweet and tender. And it gives an excellent kick to hearty risotto-style rice. As for the sweet potato dessert, it’s something you should just try yourself. The texture is mind blowing. And mind you, it doesn’t have any added sugar. Outstanding restaurant and very unique in Sesimbra. We absolutely loved the delicious, super fresh high quality food and wonderful service. Most of the menu is gluten free and the dishes have a huge variety of very tasty vegetables - such a treat in this area. We also loved the chocolate sugar free dessert. We ordered 6 different dishes and all were incredible and also very nutritious. The space is exquisite, gorgeous design and beautiful sea views.
